Due to business expansion, a Leading organisation in the healthcare industry is seeking to employ competent individuals to fill the below positions:
POST TITLE: Manager – Enterprise Applications
JOB OBJECTIVES:
- This position will provide process, functional and technical leadership for the implementation, development support and maintenance of the Fully Automated Claims Transaction System (software)
KEY BUSINESS PROCESSES SUPPORTED INCLUDE:
1. Member enrolment and eligibility management
2. Claims process and provider
3. Customers, provide and plans record management
4. Business performance reporting
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Monitor and manage the day-to-day performance of the software applications and integrated systems. Inclusive of related technology platforms (hardware, operating system network, hardware and application functionality,
2. Responsibilities for incident management, problem management quality assurance and application testing for the software applications,
3. Work with the business managers to manage the availability planning and change management for software application – inclusive of defining and executing pro-active and scheduled maintenance activities – patches, upgrade and customizations and so on,
4. Assists with the planning and implementation and day to day management of business continuity activities inclusive – of back – ups and restoration processes and other business risk and mitigation activities,
5. Manage the systems integration requirements. This will cover design. Implementation and maintenance of such integration platforms
6. Assist with IT strategic planning activities – Inclusive of budgeting, capacity management, vendor and solution evaluation and selection, service provider selection and performance monitoring.
EXPERIENCE:
1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a leading software development, implementation and data base administration in all aspect of the SDLC with a strong emphasis on enterprise Application Architecture, Client Server, Web-based application and internet systems architectures,
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in ERP applications administration – specialist knowledge
The following will be applicable to this position.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
- B.Sc , or MS in computer Science. Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:
- One or more of the following IT related certifications will be desired: MCSE, MCP, MCSA, ITIL and (Oracle/SAP) certification tracks.
POST TITLE: Analyst – Enterprise Applications _ SAGE and Crystal Report
JOB OBJECTIVES:
1. This position will provide process, functional and technical support for the implementation, development, support and maintenance of the Hygeia Group business and enterprise applications, Position will require advanced knowledge of the core Sage modules and Crystal Reports,
3. Implement approve requirements via system set-ups, application configurations, data management and report development,
4. Build, maintain and upgrade application in accordance and close collaboration with software vendor.
EXPERIENCE:
1. Minimum of 5 years of increasingly responsible experience in ERP/Enterprise Applications systems, analysis and design – specifically SAGE,
2. Minimum of 5 years as a system Analyst or Administrator in a Microsoft enterprise environment inclusive of Microsoft Windows Server 2008 experience,
3. Minimum of 5 years working within a financial and or accounting function,
4. Minimum of 3 years of experience of database administration and strong SQL based programming and development, including understanding of data modeling methodologies,
5. Minimum of 3 years of experience of advance report development and implementation – specifically Crystal Reports.

POST TITLE: Associate – Enterprise Applications (Hospitals)
JOB OBJECTIVES:
- This position will provide process, functional and technical support for the implementation , development support and maintenance of the Hospital and information management (HIMS) software
KEY BUSINESS PROCESSES SUPPORTED INCLUDE:
1. Patient records and administration
2. Hospital billing
3. Pharmacy and inventory
4. Electronic Image systems
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Assist application users in defining process. Functional and technical requirements
2. Implement approved requirements via system set-ups, application configurations and data management.
3. Build, maintain and upgrade application in accordance and close collaboration with software vendor.
4. Assist with project activities for application, network and hardware implementations
5. Maintain and update documentation on application functionally and train users as required
6. Assist with HIMS client and other desktop support services and activities
7. Provide support for other Group IT deliverables and activities – infrastructure and applications as assigned ad directed
The following will be applicable to this position:
