We are a well established Real Estate and Property Development firm in the business of Residential and Commercial Property Development with Head Office in Abuja and Branches in Owerri and Port Harcourt is seeking for dynamic and results-oriented individuals to fill the positions below:
POST TITLE: Quantity Surveyor
THE CANDIDATE:
The candidate will be:
Reporting to the Head, Operations and Services Management,
the ideal candidate who shall not be more than 40 years
1. Should have a minimum of B. Sc or HND in Quantity Surveying.
2. Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage.
3. Must have at least five years post NYSC experience.
POST TITLE: Infrastructural Engineer
1. Reporting to the Head, Operations and Services management,
2. The ideal candidate who shall not be more than 40 years
3. Should possess a minimum of BSc/HND in Building or Civil Engineering.
4. Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage.
5. Must have at least five years post NYSC experience.
POST TITLE: Site Supervisor 2 No (Abuja & Owerri)
1. Reporting to the Site Manger (Abuja & Owerri),
2. The ideal candidate who shall not be more than 40 years
3. Should possess a professional degree in Architecture, Building or Civil Engineering.
4. The candidate must be proficient in the use of Auto CAD. Possession of a professional certificate such as MNIA, MNIOB or MNSE will be added advantage.
POST TITLE: Resident Managers (Port Harcourt and Owerri)
THE CANDIDATE:
The candidate will be:
Reporting to the Head, Operations and Services Management,
1. The ideal candidate who shall not be more than 40 years
2. Should have a minimum of B. Sc in Architecture or B. Sc in Civil Engineering; a Postgraduate degree in Construction Management or Project management and membership, of relevant professional association will be an added advantage. Must have at least five years post NYSC experience.
3. The ideal candidate will manage the total construction of the Project for the Company.
