Our client, a Telecommunications Company offering a full range of telecommunication products and services, seeks to recruit a self-motivated and experienced professional in roaming billing as specified below:

POST TITLE: Roaming Billing Manager

LOCATION: Lagos

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

1. Candidates must possess Bachelor degree preferably in social Sciences, Computer IT or Engineering  discipline required,
 
2. Should have 8-10 years relevant experience and at least 3-4 years in telecom industry,
 
3. An MBA will be an added advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Liaising with external such as roaming partners, operators etc ensuring timely delivery of products, services and settlement operations,
 
2. Working with roaming partners for exchange of billing data for out roamers and in-roamers on both prepaid and postpaid roaming,
 
3. Constant liaison with roaming partners for updating of charging information, charging zones and network information and updating billing platform,
 
4. On going testing and monitoring of billing system functionality including price checks and error call management,
 
5. Developing, updating and troubleshooting and upgrades of roaming billing systems and processes,
 
6. Documentation of billing system functionally, operational specifications and monitoring and control processes,
 
7. Generation and preparation of reports for monitoring, control and traffic analysis purposes,
 
8. Maintaining excellent relations with suppliers and roaming partners/operators,
 
9. Ensuring adherence to service level agreements with all involved parties.
