POST TITLE: Business Development Manager (Male or Female)
LOCATION: Ibadan
REQUIREMENTS:
2. Minimum of 3 years Post NYSC experience in a similar organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Development of new business relationships
2. Preparation of strategic plans
3. Preparation and implementation of business plans
4. Preparation of tenders and response to request for information
5. Relationship management
6. Market performance review
7. Business negotiations
REQUIRED SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

LOCATION: Ibadan
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must be a graduate of any discipline who needed little or no supervision
2. Experience in such position will be added advantage.
POST TITLE: Branch Manager (Male or Female)
LOCATION: Abuja
REQUIREMENTS:
2. Membership of Professional body (NIESV) will be an added advantage
3. Minimum of 5 years professional experience and ability to lead a team.

POST TITLE: Valuation Surveyors (Male or Female)
LOCATION: Abuja
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must have 2/3 years experience in a similar department in a first Real Estate firm.
