We require suitable qualified candidates to fill the positions below:


REPORTING TO: Maintenance Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering, possess Trade Test or its equivalent, 

2. 5- 7 years working experience in the Maintenance Planning of Heavy Duty Earth Equipment (Excavators, Bulldozers, Graders, Wheel Loaders, Dump Trucks etc.) and 

3. have excellent computer skills in Micro Soft Word and Excel He/ She must possess planning skills, be familiar with equipment parts and be able to read and analyze parts book.

THE ROLE:

1. Liaise with client, suppliers, service providers, staff and other personnel
 
2. Assist management with budget, costing and job planning.
 
3. Ensure planned Jobs are issued daily, weekly and monthly,
 
4. Comply with company policies and procedures.

POST TITLE:

REPORTING TO: Maintenance Shift Supervisor,

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering; possess Trade Test or its equivalent, 5-7 years working experience in the Maintenance of Heavy

2. Duty Earth Equipment (Excavators, Bulldozers, Graders, Wheel Loaders, Dump Trucks etc. 

3. He/ She must be familiar with the use of Electronic Technology for diagnostics and fault finding.

1. Ensure all work activates comply with company standards
 
2. Minimize plant downtime with efficient servicing of all machinery and effective fault Identification
 
3. Carry out maintenance repair and servicing to all Company
plants and equipment,
 
4. Complete equipment diagnostics checks in line with procedure.
 
5. Ensure all maintenance work objectives are safely met and
carry out JSEAs
 
6. Wear correct PPE and identify hazard in the workplace
 
7. Complete equipment diagnostics checks.


POST TITLE:

REPORTING TO:

REQUIREMENTS: 

1. Must possess the ability to read and write in English, possess Trade Test or its equivalent, 

2. 5-7 years working expedience in Heavy Duty Earth Equipment (Excavators, Bulldozers, Graders, Wheel Loaders, and Dump Trucks etc.) storekeeping. 

3. He/ She must be able to operate a forklift, be computer literate in the use of micro soft word and excel.

THE ROLE:

1. Comply with company policies and procedure.
 
2. Liaise with client, suppliers, service provides, staff on parts requirement and procurement.
 
3. Maintain and update computerized stores stock inventory for all site store items.
 
4. Issues all stock items as required ensuring all transaction are documented.
 
5. Minimize plant downtime with efficient purchasing of spare parts.
 
6. Check and respond to email, document and pass on messages
 
7. Compile daily, weekly, monthly spend reports and graphs.
 
8. Ensure all correct parts are ordered and on time
 
9. Ensure parts for planned jobs are issued to the correct equipment and in the correct bin location ready for issues.
 
10. Receipt all stock coming on site.
 
11. Create, update and maintain spread sheets and documents.
 
12. Provide assistance to and shift supervisors.
 
13. Assist management with budgets, costing and job planning.
 
14. Knowledge and interpretation of parts
 
15. Other tasks as set by Maintenance Management as required

These positions must possess good communication skills, organizational skills, be a team player, exhibit leadership skills and possess a valid class E driving license.
