POST TITLE: Planning Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Planning and Control of Project,
2. Cost Management,
3. Risk Assessment,
4. Project document, schedules work programs and cash flow/budget for all projects,
5. Generate provisional programmes of work at the tendering stage of projects,
6. Compliance with Company Policy and Procedures,
7. Understanding of Project Management.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Degree in Engineering would be preferable
2. Possession of relevant Professional qualification
3. Good managerial and organisational skills
4. Minimum of 10 years project planning experience
5. Must be proactive and be able to work without supervision
6. Good knowledge of Project planning software such as MS Projects, Primavera etc
POST TITLE: Estimators (Mechanical/Electrical)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Preparation of tender (Technical & Commercial)
2. Preparation & or velting of bill of quantities for tenders &/or project management purposes
3. Preparation of cost estimates for tenders
4. Preparation of technical documentation e.g preliminary programme of works manpower & plan requirements for tenders
5. Preparation of detailed materials schedule for projects on recept of award
6. Conduct market survey for price of materials
7. Good knowledge of AutoCad & MS. Office
8. Preparation of cost estimates and budgeting
REQUIREMENTS:
2. Membership of relevant professional/ regulatory body is essential,
3. 8 years post qualification experience with 5 years in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Contracting.
POST TITLE: Quantity Surveyors
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Proven knowledge and ability of preparing tender documents,
2. Technical and commercial bidding,
3. Preparation of evaluations, variation order, financial statements and final accounts,
4. Ability to prepare final accounts,
5. Good knowledge of M & E installations and measurement from drawings,
6. Good knowledge of AutoCad & MS Office,
7. Preparation of schedule of Basic materials,
8. Budgeting planning for projects,
9. Preparation of cash-flow forecasts and analysis,
REQUIREMENTS:
2. Minimum of 6 years relevant experience,
3. Membership of NIQS is an added advantage,
4. IT skill is essential,
5. Preparation of cost planning, monitoring and control,
6. Age: 30-35 years.
