Oil and Gas Company Jobs: Recruitment for Assistant Manager Welding and Carpentry, Assistant Manager -General Electrical Power


As part of its expansion process, our client, a leading oil servicing conglomerate urgently requires the services of resourceful and experienced professionals to fill the following vacancies.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

The incumbent is expected to plan, organize, manage, and coordinate the repair, operation, inspection, replacement, and maintenance of major features and related utility equipment associated with welding and carpentry in the company.

EDUCATION:

1. Welding or from an accredited institution of Higher education with a minimum of ten years experience in welding  Maintenance, carpentry repair, and facility maintenance,

2. Solid knowledge of welding, carpentry and mechanical systems,

3. Strong experience in welding and carpentry repairs as well as trouble shooting,

4. Established knowledge of preventive maintenance and repair practice and    procedures,

5. Proven background in the supervision and management of a workforce or skilled craftsman in a maintenance environment.

EXPERIENCE:

1. At least ten years of in a top functional level welding/carpentry,

2. Maintenance role within a leading or Manufacturing environment,

3. Strong    leadership and consensus building skills; Sound management and planning skills; a proven track record in developing administering a winning maintenance program is a must.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

This General Electrical Assistant Manager is responsible for the efficient provision of all electrical power from the main and generating sets, oversees the maintenance and repair of all power equipment by staff and vendors.

EDUCATION:

1. Electrical Technician from an accredited institution of Higher education with a minimum of ten years experience in Maintenance, repair and assembly of preferably electrical and other Power equipment, 

2. Solid knowledge of Electrical, power systems, and alternative power systems, 

3. Strong experience in electrical and power repairs as well as trouble shooting on electrical platforms, 

4. Established knowledge of preventive maintenance and electrical repair practice and procedures, 

5. Proven background in the supervision and management of a workforce or skilled craftsman in a maintenance environment.

EXPERIENCE: 

1. At least ten years of in a top functional Electrical power,

2. Maintenance role within the or Manufacturing environment,

3. Strong leadership and consensus building skills; Sound management and planning skills; a proven track record in developing administering a winning maintenance program is a must.
