Our client a fleet company requires candidates to fill the positions below:

POST TITLE:  

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:

Responsible for the efficient operation of the transport division. Oversee fleet , develop and implement budgets and manage industrial relations

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Supervising and carrying  out scheduled and  un-scheduled maintenance, overhauling, alterations , repairs and essential duties,
 
2. Monitoring the functioning of all fleet,
 
3. Oversee zero break-down of fleet,
 
4. Supervision of operation & Maintenance (scheduled and preventive) of fleet,
 
5. Conduct regulation of inventory status for  spare parts; ensuring  availability of  spares at the  time of break down and  for the  preventive schedule,
 
6. Monitoring compliance to the State culture and Environment Protection regulations,
 
7. Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate,
 
8. Carrying out quality inspections,
 
9. Responding immediately to fleet breakdowns,
 
10. Handling  shipment related commercial matters,
 
11. Overall supervision of  charter, hire and agency services,
 
12. Monitor and maintain record of transport performance.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

1. Candidate must possess first degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical)
 
2. 10 years post in similar position
 
3. Problem solving
 
4. Technical understanding of fleet .
 
5. Business and Financial Acumen
 
6. Strategic thinking.


POST TITLE:  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide strategic direction and  of overall business performance. 

2. Plan and direct all aspects of the operational policies, objectives and initiatives

3. Responsible for the attainment of short- and long-term and operational goals through proactive implementation of the strategic goals and objectives of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Create business plans based on capabilities, requirements and gaps and ensure communication and tracking of the business plans,
 
2. Safeguard and grow the assets of the organization while providing incremental returns on investments made in the company,
 
3. Provide the necessary vision and leadership required to get the company to grow and  to prepare it for  its future tasks,
 
4. To develop and put in place strategic operating  plans and budgets for each of the business units and  central function that reflect the long term objectives and  priorities  of the board,
 
5. Ensure the integrity of financial statements and  reports,
 
6. Create a corporate culture through shared vision with team and team building with staff directing the loyalty of the staff fully to the  objective of the company,
 
7. Network with key industry players and relevant government functionaries to create a positive identification with the country’s Brand,
 
8. Oversee the  and coordination of all financial reporting activities for the organization including; organizational revenue/ expense and balance sheet reports,
 
9. Serve as the Chief Marketing  Officer,
 
10. Strategic Thinking,
 
11. Business and  Financial Acumen.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

1. Candidate  must possess a good first degree,
 
2. Minimum of 10-15 years post  qualification experience , 6 of which must  have been spent at strategic senior level in a leading company with at least 4 years in supervisory role,
 
3. An , in  or from a  reputable institution,
 
4. Relationship ,
