POST TITLE:   Principal Manager Consultancy and Research

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

1. A research oriented Masters degree in any relevant social science discipline; possession of Ph.D will be an advantage,
 

2. A minimum of 7 years proven research and consultancy experience from a reputable organization, with a minimum of 3 years managing  a successful research team,
 

3. Excellent skills in project management, interpersonal relations, communication (both written and verbal) and IT literacy are critical to success in the role,
 

4. Membership of a professional institute.
