POST TITLE:   Facility/Commercial Manager  (Ref: B/003/01/11)

LOCATION:   Ibadan

REQUIREMENTS:

1. The ideal candidate should be aged between 40-45 years, must possess a university degree or its equivalent in Estate Management with at least 10 years experience from reputable organizations.
 

2. The successful candidate should be proficient in Commercial, Marketing as well as Legal knowledge of drafting of Lease Agreement, exposure in Letting of Properties and must possess good Marketing and negotiation skill.

POST TITLE:   Assistant Account/Administration Officer  ( Ref. B/004/01/11)

LOCATION:   Ibadan

REQUIREMENTS:

1. The ideal candidate should be aged between 35-40 years, must possess a university degree or its equivalent in Accounting, Social Sciences or any relevant discipline with 5-7 years experience in a well structured organization,
 

2. Must possess good interpersonal and presentation skill, good negotiation and procurement skill, good negotiation and procurement skill and must be computer literate.
