Due to steady growth and expansion, we seek to fill the positions below with competent, experienced and dedicated individuals;

POST TITLE:    Regional Medical Manager

LOCATION:   Lagos & South/West

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the successful candidate will be:
 

1. Responsible for the medical administrative functions of the regional office in Lagos and Southwest
 

2. Oversee healthcare provider network development /management in the regional
 

3. Oversee member services activities, care coordination, provider relations, claims administration, call centre operations, wellness programmes and client relationship management in the regional
 

4. Market medical plans to companies, public sector, institutions, families, individuals and other groups.

REQUIREMENTS:
 

1. A Medical Doctor with MBBS or MBCHB
 

2. Possession of an MBA or MPH will be an advantage
 

3. Minimum of 5 years experience as a Medical Doctor, 3 of which must be with an accredited Health Maintenance Organization (HMO)
 

4. Must be computer proficient

POST TITLE:   Call Centre Agent

LOCATION:   Lagos

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Handle all incoming calls from Clients, Enrollees, Care Providers and prospects with the aim of resolving every enquiry and complaints,
 

2. Ensure proper and accurate documentation of all enquires, requests and complaints and resolutions,
 

3. Authorize Care Providers to deliver specific care according to the established pre-authorization guidelines,
 

4. Ensure the proper closure of each request /complaint according to best practices,
 

5. Ultimately strive to ensure customer satisfaction to both internal and external customer according to stipulated guidelines and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Registered Nurse (RN) preferably male,
 

2. Additional post-RN qualifications will be an advantage,
 

3. Minimum of 2 years work experience.
