POST TITLE: IT MANAGER
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Managing IT infrastructure and resources applying a low cost, maximum value strategy,
2. Designing and developing applications and systems for business process improvement,
3. Providing enterprise-wide support to internal customers,
4. Establishing best practices in customer-facing software and hardware environment for overall operational improvement,
5. Monitoring and reporting on systems and applications usage and health,
6. Planning and implementing systems and applications upgrade in line with evolving business needs.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
1. 7 -10 years of IT management experience in a large telecoms or engineering environment,
2. Experience in managing a large operational environment with enterprise workflow and business process integration components,
3. Extensive experience in managing a large database environment essential,
4. Exemplary general IT knowledge (applications development, testing, deployment, operations, documentation, standards, best practices, security, hardware, networking, OS, DBMS, etc.),
5. Good experience working in a variety of operating and hardware systems environment,
6. Written, verbal, attention to detail and diagrammatic communication skills are essential,
7. Good Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering plus relevant professional certifications.
POST TITLE: WAREHOUSE MANAGER
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Organize all activities & assign jobs accordingly for warehouse staff,
2. Set-up layout & space management; work organization chart,
3. Manage stock control: receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading and transferring; document recording and data entry into system,
4. Plan out all warehouse resources and activities in relation to company objectives and set targets,
5. Oversee the development of warehouse staff by internal/on-job training,
6. Follow up and control daily absence and over time,
7. Ensure that workplace’s health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock,
8. Oversee housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area,
9. Issue Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report, manpower status report to management,
10. Implement cost reduction initiatives in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities,
11. Run shift with safety and efficiency as priorities.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
1. Strong technical background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering,
2. 7-9 years of experience in managing telecoms equipment for a large telecoms company,
3. Excellent resource management and leadership skills,
4. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering,
5. MBA and professional certifications in Warehouse Management will be definite pluses.
POST TITLE: HEAD, INTERNAL AUDIT
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
As head of Head of Internal Audit, your responsibilities will include:
1. Creating a modern Internal Audit Department using Risk Based Methodologies,
2. Perform risk assessment, define project scope/ objectives, prioritize initiatives and determine resource needs,
3. Construct audit plans, manage project goals and drive to results,
4. Determine and establish appropriate audit scope and internal control objectives for high risk areas,
5. Provide guidance and expertise, interpret significance of audit findings, conclude on issues, and make practical recommendations and strategic decisions,
6. Conduct meetings with management to review audit results,
7. Prepare management reports for presentation to executive management and the Audit Committee,
8. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key business stakeholders.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
1. 7-10 years of high quality audit experience in an organization applying best internal audit practices as a routine or in a major international audit practice,
2. Definite advantage if your experience include auditing a large telecoms or engineering business,
3. Good basic degree complemented by professional accounting and auditing certifications such as ACA and CISA.
POST TITLE: QUALITY MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Include monitoring, ensuring the implementation, and continually updating and improving the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System of the Company,
2. setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved,
3. modelling and design of processes and operating procedures for the various Departments or Units,
4. establishing standards of service for customers or clients,
5. ensuring the application of environmental and health and safety standards,
6. defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff,
7. identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training,
8. collating and analysing performance data and charts against defined parameters.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
1. excellent process/procedures design and documentation skills,
2. strong analytical and auditing skills,
3. good project management skills,
4. excellent relationship and customer management skills,
5. good communication and presentation skills,
6. 3-4 years experience in an ISO certified environment,

POST TITLE: REGIONAL PROJECT MANAGERS
Regional Project managers will be required to manage telecoms sites roll out projects in major cities in Nigeria.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements,
2. Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities,
3. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope,
4. Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client,
5. Effectively applies the organisations’s methodology and enforces project quality standards,
6. Manages the organization’s exposure and risk on projects,
7. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately,
8. Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis,
9. Manages project budget,
10. Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for projects,
11. Follows up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices,
12. Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and resource utilization.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
1. 7-8 years experience in telecoms project management,
2. Strong time and material resources management skills,

POST TITLE: ASSISTANT HR MANAGER
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Designing and implementing HR Management systems and processes,
2. Providing HR Consulting services to line and staff managers,
3. Managing internal and external relationships,
4. Supporting the HR Manager in delivering on strategic HR and business objectives.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
1. 4-5 years of HR management experience

POST TITLE: MARKET ANALYST
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key responsibilities for this role include carrying out market analysis covering issues such as political , social and economic environment; demographic trends ; industry and competition; and , pricing and cost, etc.
The role could involve travel in Africa especially when market analysis needs to be performed on other regional countries.

BUSINESS ANALYST
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key responsibilities for this role include:
1. developing and preparing proposals that respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs),
2. developing technical sales presentations,
3. tracking proposals and responding to additional customer requests for information,
4. maintaining a database of proposals for sales performance monitoring and for building institutional memory and organizational learning,
5. developing good cross-functional working relationships with Finance, Projects and Business Development teams.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
1. Strong communication–verbal and written—skills
2. Good organizational skills and attention to details
3. Ability to maintain working files and revisions of documents

POST TITLE: FINANCIAL ANALYST
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include:
Reporting to the Executive Director, Corporate Finance & Mergers and Acquisitions, responsibilities for this position will include:
1. Perform pre-investment financial analysis and modelling,
2. Assist with financial due diligence relating to new investments,
3. Assist with drafting investment memos to be presented to the Management Committee,
4. Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the acquisition portfolio,
5. Prepare Power Point presentations for new business opportunities,
6. Provide dynamic financial analysis support to Senior Management,
7. Assist with ad-hoc/special projects as needed.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
1. 3-4 years work experience in a financial research firm ,corporate finance, M&A, investment banking unit, financial advisory or bank rating agency,
2. Strong excel and financial analysis, modeling and presentation skills,
3. Degree in Finance and/or Accounting,
4. CFA early stage passed will be an advantage,
5. Background in telecoms or engineering is a desirable but not necessary.
POST TITLE: TRAINEE ENGINEERS
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

POST TITLE: LEGAL OFFICERS
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
1. Assisting the Company Secretary and legal adviser to meet key performance targets in the areas of regulatory compliance,
2. Providing legal advisory services to other functional parts of the organization,
3. Managing third party relationships including governmental and regulatory agencies.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
1. 3-4 years of legal experience gained in a legal firm with a strong telecoms industry portfolio or in a major telecoms or engineering company,
2. Excellent communication and people skills,
3. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office productivity tools,

POST TITLE: PERSONAL ASSISTANTS
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Deputy Managing Director and Executive Directors, responsibilities of Pas will include:
1. Providing senior level administrative support to the executive team,
2. Managing external and internal relationships,
3. High level office management.
