POST TITLE: Commission Sales Agents
THE CANDIDATES:
The ideal candidates should be able to:
1. Generate profitable orders for the Company
2. Influence profitable orders for the Company
3. Add new clients to the Company Portfolio
4. Identify and target new product markets
SKILLS:
1. Excellent Communication Skills,
2. Proven Sales Track record on successful Account Management/Business Development,
3. Excellent negotiating and closing sales abilities,
4. Must be Computer literate,
5. Existing contacts and experience in the Building Industry.
POST TITLE: Technical Sales Executives
THE CANDIDATES:
The ideal candidates will be between 25 and 35 years of age and must possess a B.Sc/HND in Civil/Building/Structural/Architectural Engineering with a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience, preferably in the Building Industry.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Furnish Cream Product Specifies and Institutional Clients with Product Technical Details,2. Execute marketing strategies through efficient and professional sales of products to achieve planned Sales Volumes, Margins and Market Share,
3. Excellent Communication/Interpersonal Skills,
4. Proficient in the use of Computer Packages including Autocad and MS Project,
5. Valid Drivers’ License.
