THE COMPANY:

A Mid Sized Magazine Publishing Company with multiple titles, which is seeking to grow its business by publishing more titles and expanding its current advertisement base, seeks to employ experienced and suitably qualified candidates to fill the positions below:


JOB LOCATION: 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. The right candidate will be able to give strategic leadership to the department, identifying new source of revenue and deepening relationships with current clientele,

2. On a day-to-day basis, the candidate will be expected to oversee execution of the company’s marketing strategy, coaching and motivating members of the team to achieve set targets within an established framework.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATION:

1. The ideal candidate will have a good university degree and a minimum of ten years experience in marketing, of which five years would have been in a leadership position in a structured organization.
 
2. He/she must be able to demonstrate strong skills in strategy formulation, execution of marketing plans, leadership and communication. Conversant with what constitutes excellent graphic design, his/her experience would have left him/her with expensive contacts in the advertising industry.

JOB LOCATION:  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. The right candidate must be able to develop and oversee the execution of a customer service policy for an entire organization, 

2. Manage a team of customer services staff and ensure the prompt and efficient handling of enquiries from customers. 

3. Using analytical skills, our preferred candidate will be able to identify customers whose relationships with the  company can be deepened or expanded. 

4. On day-to-day basis, the candidate will be expected to work with employees and provide guidance during difficult situations in order to achieve the best possible resolution for the company and the customer.

5. In addition to dealing directly with customers, 

6. He or she is also responsible for ensuring all company protocol is followed.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATION:

1. The ideal candidate will have a good University degree and a minimum of seven (7) years experience in a similar function or in an Administration Department of which at least (3) years would have been in a leadership position in a structured organization,

2. He/she must be able to demonstrate strong skills in staffing experience, coaching and motivating a team, exceptional communication ability, use of ICT and capacity for multi-tasking.
