THE ORGANIZATION:


We are one of the leading financial service providers in Nigeria. We currently require the services of experience and qualified individuals to fill the position below:


POST TITLE:  Resident Technician  (Senior Superintendent)


AGE 35-40YEARS


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


1. Supervision and monitoring of all residential and commercial facilities and equipments,


2. Operation and repair of all plants and machinery,


3. Payment of utility, facility and engineering charges, bills and rates,


4. Draw up maintenance programme of all plants and equipments,


5. Regularly carry out a condition survey of all plants and equipments,


6. Liaison with of all facility and engineering service providers and vendors,


7. Supervision of maintenance of all facilities and equipments,


8. Carry out other task and assignments as may be required by Management.


EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:


1.  HND/City and Guides in Electrical Mechanical Engineering.


2. Experience in maintenance of Electro Mechanical Equipment is critical.


3. Must be computer literate, numerate and detail oriented.


4. Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an advantage.


EXPERIENCE:


1. Must have minimum of 8 years experience in modern office buildings,


2. At least eight (8) years as team leader in Facilities Maintenance/Engineering company.


SKILLS & ABILITIES:


1. Good analytical, documentation and presentation skills,


2. Ability to communicate effectively,


3. Leadership and management skills,


4.  Ability to work with little supervision.


PERSONAL QUALITIES:


1.  Innovative, creative and receptive,


2. Good team player,


3. Personal and professional integrity,


4. Willing to work additional hours during urgent periods and public holidays.
