THE ORGANIZATION:

We are one of the leading financial service providers in Nigeria. We currently require the services of experience and qualified individuals to fill the position below:

POST TITLE:  Resident Technician-Electrical

AGE 28-35 YEARS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Routine check/ maintenance of Electrical Installations,

2. Operation/monitoring of the power generating sets,

3. Operation/monitoring of the Air conditioning system.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

1. Preferably Diploma or City and Guild in Electrical Engineering,

2. Must be computer Literate.

EXPERIENCE:

1. Must have minimum of 5 years experience in Electrical maintenance in modern office buildings

2. At least 5 years as a team members in facilities Management/Engineering Company

REQUIRED SKILL & ABILITIES:

1. Ability to communicate effectively,

2. Ability to work with little supervision.

PERSONAL QUALITIES:

1. Innovative, creative and receptive,

2. Good team player,

3. Personal and professional integrity,

4. Willing to work additional hours during urgent periods and public holidays.
