POST TITLE:   Programme Manager (Training)


STATION:  Abuja


BACKGROUND:

• ESCN assist law enforcement agencies in strategically building their capacity through regulatory process audits and manpower training

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Programme Manager will develop and implement work plans and budgets, enrol participants, liaise with the faculty, supervise the secretariat and report to management.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Five (5) years work experience in either human resources management or programme management,
 
2. Also previous employment with a reputable consulting firm and / or relevant post-graduate degree would be an advantage.

REMUNERATION: Salary (bonus inclusive) is very attractive.
