A Reputable Company Job: Vacancy for Estate Surveyor

We require suitable qualified candidate to fill the position below:

POST TITLE:   Estate Surveyor with Marketing Savvy

LOCATIONS: Port-Harcourt and Abuja

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Driving the sales force and achieving the marketing target of our products in the specified region,
 

2. Manage all third party relationships with Agents and Clients,
 

3. Supervise other staff in the Department,
 

4. Make periodic reports to management on activities in their region,
 

5. Responsible for all valuation matters within the specified region.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 7 years experience in Real Estate marketing and Agency services

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must possess a B.Sc or HND in Estate Management,

2. Must be a registered Estate Surveyor,

3. Must have adequate presentation and analytical skills,
 

4. Must have at least 7 years working experience with track records of sales/purchases of properties.
