POST TITLE: IT Officer-System Administration (Ref Code: IT/OS A)
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
1. A good first degree in related IT area from a reputable tertiary institution,
2. Minimum of 2 years post qualification relevant IT experience,
3. Adequate knowledge of infrastructure/facilities and it architectural environments,
4. Proven knowledge of Service Level agreements,
5. Knowledge of Enterprise Architectures.
POST TITLE: IT Officer- Helpdesk (Ref Code: IT/OHD)
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
1. A good first degree in related IT area from a reputable Tertiary Institution,
2. Minimum of 2 years post qualification relevant IT experience,
3. Must have thorough helpdesk operations knowledge which includes good IT best practice, industry trends and customer service,
4. Must have solid analytical and informational technology skills as well as solid verbal and written communication skills.
