We require suitable qualified candidates to fill the positions below


JOB LOCATION: 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Deliver training sessions to participants and arrange for others to do so,
 
2. Identify the training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and departments,
 
3. Design development and training programmes based on both the organizations and individual needs,
 
4. Consider the cost of planned programmes and keep within budgets,
 
5. Assess the return on investment,
 
6. Work in a team to produce, programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties,
 
7. Developing effective induction programmes,
 
8. Devise individual learning plans,
 
9. Produce training materials for in-house courses,
 
10. Manage the deliver training and development programmes,
 
11. Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers,
 
12. Ensure that statutory training requirements are met,
 
13. Evaluate training and development programmes,

REQUIREMENTS:

1. A good degree in any of , , and business related areas,
 
2. Minimum of three years experience,
 
3. Interpersonal skills,
 
4. Written and spoken communication skills,
 
5. Problem solving and negotiation skills,
 
6. Initiative and ability to offer new ideas,
 
7. Organizational and planning skills,
 
8. Good presentation as well as interpersonal skills,
 
9. Personal commitment to improving knowledge and skills.


POST TITLE:  

JOB LOCATION: 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Recruit and train sales staff,
 
2. Supervise, motivate and monitor -team performance,
 
3. Allocate areas to sales executives,
 
4. Set budgets and targets,
 
5. Liaise with other line managers,
 
6. Report back to senior managers, 

7. Liaise with customers (which may include actual selling),
 
8. Maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s product or services,
 
9. Maintain accounts of the team,
 
10. Liaise with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders,

11. Keep abreast of what competitors’ activities,
 
12. Research the market and related products.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in or equivalent,
 
2. Minimum of five years sales experience,
 
3. Written and spoken communication skills,
 
4. Problem solving and negotiation skills,
 
5. Initiative and ability to offer new ideas,
 
6. Organizational and planning skills,
 
7. Good presentation as well as interpersonal skills,
 
8. Excellent computer skills and thorough understanding of the internet,

9. Understanding of data management and book keeping.


POST TITLE:  

JOB LOCATION: 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Supervise procurement and maintenance and upgrades of furniture, utilities, security systems and signage for the entire facility,
 
2. Project management and supervising and coordinating work of contractors, investigate availability and suitability of options for new premises,
 
3. Direct and plan essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail archiving, cleaning, waste disposal and recycling,
 
4. Ensure the building meets health and safety requirements,
 
5. Coordinate and lead one or more teams to cover various areas of responsibility,
 
6. Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in  or equivalent,
 
2. Minimum of two years cognate experience,
 
3. Organization and systematic thinking,
 
4. Strong numeracy and the ability to understand financial data,
 
5. IT skills,
 
6. Clear and concise writing skills and the ability to handle long and complex documents,
 
7. Interpersonal, relationship-building and negotiation skills,
 
8. Flexibility and the ability to work on more than one task at a time.
