POST TITLE:   HR/Admin Officers

QUALIFICATION,SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidates for these positions should possess the following qualifications, abilities and attirudes:

1. The ideal candidates for these positions should not be less than 30 years,
 

2. B.Sc in psychology/English/Mass Communication or any relevant Social Science discipline (Minimum degree),

3.  At least 2 years work experience in same capacity,

4.  Proficiency in computer package utilization,
 

5.  Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and take initiatives,
 

6.  Recruiting the required workforce and making provisions for expressed and promised payroll and benefits,
 

7.  Understanding and relating to employees as individuals, thus identifying individual needs and career goals,
 

8.  Developing positive interactions between workers, to ensure collated and constructive enterprise productivity and development of a uniform organizational culture.
