POST TITLE: Controller

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an accounting and financial operations management professional with at least eight years of relevant experience in accounting and financial reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. The Controller will be responsible for supervising the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports along with financial management reports such as cash flow projections, construction project and firm level budgets and variance reports.
2. Also responsible for monitoring expenditure and liquidity,
reporting financial performance to the board, and providing timely financial data to the MD.

3. They will be responsible for interacting with lenders relative to administration of loans and making provisions for adequate operational funds.
4. The Controller will lead overall accounting, reporting, and controller functions including accounts payables / receivables.
SALARY RANGE: N6M – 8M, annually (based on experience) plus medical benefits
