THE COMPANY:

We are an Estate/Property Management Company, with Head Office in Victoria Island. Lagos. As a result of expansion and restructuring we seek the service of exceptional professionals to fill the positions below:

POST TITLE:   Chief Security Officer

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Must be an intelligent, articulate and persuasive leader who can serve as an effective member of the senior management team,
• Must have good working knowledge of relevant security laws and the law enforcement community,
• Must be a retired officer of the Nigeria Police Force. Who upon retirement must have attained the rank of a Police Superintendent,
• Candidate must be physically fit and not more than 45 years of age.

POST TITLE:   Building Engineers

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Candidates must have B.Sc/HND in building technology,
• Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage,
• Must have not less than two years post NYSC relevant experience,
• Must be able to demonstrate good leadership and managerial skills,
• Ability to work under pressure.
