We require suitably qualified candidates to fill the positions below:

POST TITLE:   Business Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Applicant must possess vast experience in project/program business, financial and  management familiarity with application of practices within large organizations
• Interface effectively with client counterparts to build effective relationships
• Demonstrate leadership to effectively manage and control other functional activities
• Must ensure full understanding of the business and financial practices on large programs, and how they can be effectively utilized on the company’s project

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Candidate must possess minimum of B.sc in Business related field, advanced certificate in Business training will be an added advantage
• Must possess at least 20 years of progressive experience in the business field
• Broad knowledge with business management practice and experience in an engineering/construction environment.

POST TITLE:   Lead Environmental Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and mentor assigned environmental staff members to successful completion of project
• Demonstrate leadership to effectively manage and control other functional support activities
• Interface effectively with client counterparts and consultants to build effective relationships.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Candidate must possess a minimum of B.sc, in Environmental or Chemical Engineering or any related field
• Professional registration will be an added advantage
• Applicant must possess 10 years of related environmental experience in the infrastructure or closely related sector
• Experience working within a government agency is required,

POST TITLE:   Project Director

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Demonstrate skills to lead and mentor subordinates to successful completion of project
• Carry out effective EPCM activities fiat require delivering a fully functional power generation plant
• Understands the contract, scope and requirements of a project with focus on safety, accuracy, quality, professionalism, ethics, and integrity

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Applicants must possess minimum of B.Sc, degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification Registered or Chartered Engineer preferable)
• Must possess at least 25 years of broad Project Management experience, preferable in Engineering/power industry
• Previous experience as a senior-level Project Director with responsibility for numerous projects will be an added advantage.
