POST TITLE: Business Process Management
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and oversee implementation of all new processes in line with industry best practices.
- Design process maps to show inter-relationships between core processes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have 10 to 15 years post call experience
POST TITLE: Project Management Office
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and define project management methodologies that best suit the corporation.
- Train and support project managers.
- Oversee all projects and present project performance to execs,
