An Abuja-Based Training and Capacity Building Organization seeks to employ suitable qualified candidate to fill the position below:

POST TITLE:   Training and Research Manager

THE CANDIDATES:

• The candidates for this position must be knowledge in contemporary business management in the training and capacity building industry with strong leadership. Strategy and communication skills.

• He/She must be able to coordinate, plan and strategize with measurable goals attainment.

• He/She must be able to develop suitable. Viable and marketable training programmes.

• He/She must be able ready to be involved in the marketing of training proposals.He/She must be able to train in Microsoft Office,

• Ability to work with minimum supervision.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a degree holder in any relevant discipline
• Must have at least 5 years working experience in Microsoft Office
• Computer literate with competence in Microsoft Office
• Attendance of the CMD Basic management Train-the-Trainer course is preferable
• Not more than 40 years.
