Partners for Development (PFD) Job: Recruitment for Clinical Advisor, Health Coordinator
Overview: Partners for Development (PFD), an International non-profit organization, is implementing a comprehensive HIV/AIDS program funded by the Center for Disease Control, and is seeking candidates to fill the positions below:
POST TITLE: Clinical Advisor
He/she will be based in Warri, Delta State and report to Chief of Party.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES;:
- The Clinical Advisor will conduct regular assessment and strengthening of standard of continuum of care i.e. prevention, treatment and support; ensure that program activities are compliant Ministry of Health guidelines and are evidence based; attend various PEPFAR/GON technical working group meetings and step down all information gleaned to PFD staff and partners.
- He/she will also facilitate training in areas such as HIV/AIDS, Sexual and Reproductive health, Malaria and Health system strengthening.
QUALIFICATION:
- A degree in medical sciences and experience in HIV/AIDS/TB service delivery.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical and clinical skills desired.
POST TITLE: Health Coordinator
He/she will be based in Bauchi, Bauchi state and report to Deputy Country Program Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- The health coordinator will coordinate project implementation in reproductive health, nutrition and HIV/AIDS in collaboration with new partners; participate in project reporting and data collecting/verification. Lead Bauchi-based representation of the projects.
Qualifications:
- A master in Public Health: 5 years previous work experience in management of NGO health programs; experience with management and reporting of USAID funding preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills desired.
