(PROJECT MANAGERS)

POST TITLE: Generation (Ref: PM/03)  

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• PMI, A relevant degree from a recognized Tertiary Institution, A second degree is added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years as Project Manager with at least 3 complete project life cycles in the generation industry and familiarity with the available technology for power generation.

JOB SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:

• Develop and monitor project delivery for generation projects,
  Prepare business case or business feasibility report,
  Execute detailed project management strategizing, planning and reporting,
  Monitor and allocate resources to maximize project execution and reduce cost of implementation,
  Measure the team performance on projects,
  Maintain control of project expenditures to avoid cost overruns.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

• In-depth understanding of project management process including scope management, risk management, resource management and change management,
  In-depth knowledge and experience in project planning tools including MS Project,
  In-depth knowledge of a structured implementation methodology,
  Requisite inputs into planning and executing generation projects,
  Delivery on proposals and marketing initiatives.

POST TITLE:   Retailing (Ref: PM/04)  

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• PMI, A degree from a recognized Tertiary Institution, A second degree is added advantage,
• Minimum of 2 –3 years mass market retail business implementation as Project Manager or Leader with different products, Business and industry knowledge – preferably across multiple industries.

JOB SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:

• Detailed revenue cycle management activities for electricity retailing,
  Understand multiple platforms for meter pin dispensing and be able to relate same to physically constrained retailing,
  Develop and monitor project delivery for the retailing of electricity services to the mass market,
  Prepare business case or business feasibility report,
  Execute detailed project management strategizing, planning and reporting,
  Monitor and allocate resources to maximize project execution and reduce cost of implementation,
  Measure the team performance on products and services.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

• Understanding of the key success factors in servicing the mass market,
  Should be at home with application of ICT for revenue cycle management (RCM) in the mass market,
  In-depth understanding of project management process,
  In-depth knowledge and experience in project planning tools including MS Project and MsExcel,
  Experience in the company pre-sales initiatives including proposal preparation,
  Understanding of key business principles and process including financial controls, logistics processes and costing principles,
  Experience in business and system process consulting,
  Delivery on proposals and marketing initiatives.
