POST TITLE: Senior Personal Assistant (SPA)
- He is the current CEO/Chairman to a chain of very successful businesses located in Lagos as well as several other states in the south-western region of Nigeria,
- His accomplishment which touches on a broad segment of human endeavors has earned him several rewards, honour and awards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Keep an up-to-date, accurate, comprehensive diary and schedule of all business activities, sot and other events, as well as ensure all updates are promptly included,
- Make necessary travel arrangements on behalf of our client and in so doing liaise with various Travels Agencies/Agents and Aiding as appropriate,
- Project a professional image of our client in handling several visitors, guests, business colleagues and other routine matters as instructed,
- Be responsible for construction, write up and review of highly motivational and tailor-made speeches at any social and/or religious events as well as business functions at which our client is invited to speak,
- Communicate verbally and in writing to respond to telephone and/or other inquiries and provide necessary information of any sort on behalf of our client,
- Maintain an effective document and filing management structure for all our client’s correspondence. Calendars and other important documents making information retrieval and utilization more effective,
- Perform any other assigned duties as delegated from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Applicants should have a good first degree in any of the Social Sciences/Business Administration,
- A second degree (Masters or MBA) would be an added advantage,
- A member of any recognized professional body will also be an added advantage,
- At least 5 years prior experience in a similar position,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Excellent presentation skills,
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision,
- Ability to take constructive criticism and very good interpersonal skills,
- Good multi tasking capabilities and result oriented,
- Good telephone manners,
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel,
- Should be between the ages of 28 and 40 years.
