THE ORGANIZATION:

Our organization is a Catering Company offering services in the food and beverage industry with various offices in the South South region of Nigeria, We are seeking employees to fill the positions below:

POST TITLE:   Head Human Resources (Ref: HHR)

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Must possess a minimum B.Sc or BA in any Social Science or related field,
• Must have a high level of creativity strong communication and computer skills,
• Must have no less than 5years experience post graduation three of which must be in a human resources department,
• Evidence of hands- on working knowledge of administering a company’s HR department, including hiring and firing/ managing employee compensation, people management, training needs, etc

POST TITLE:   Head Marketing (Ref: HM)

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Applicant must possess a minimum of HND in marketing or its equivalent or any other related discipline,
• Must have not less than five years experience, three of which should be in senior position in the sales and marketing department of any fast moving consumer goods company,
• Must possess good writing and communication skills,
• Must have in-depth knowledge of product design, strategy, product planning, sales and advertisement etc,
• Must also have good presentation skills.
