POST TITLE: Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist
LOCATION: Imo State
The success of the OVC project depends largely on accurate, complete and timely reporting of achievements to PEPFAR/USAID, Achievement of set targets is of utmost importance to the OVC project, hence, the objective of the M&E Specialist position is to provide technical leadership in the roll-out of OVC M and E plan in the states integrating it with other health and education systems and generating strategic data for program management, reporting and documentation of best practices. The M and E Specialist is also responsible in spearheading the roll-out of OVC M and E plan in line with PEPFAR and national reporting requirements and he/she is a member of the Zonal Project management Team that is responsible for overall project performance in each Zones
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain accurate and up to date records relating to individual vehicles use Purchase fuel from commercial gas stations, reviews and verities the accuracy of cash memos and submits them to the finance for payment,
- Ensure all aspects of vehicles policy are being followed and enforced,
- License Class E,
- Demonstrate experience in north central region of Nigeria,
- Minimum of 5 years driving experience with NGOs or corporate organizations in Nigeria
- Read, speak and write fluent English,
- Good computer skills,
- Reference and Guarantor,
- West African School Certificate or equivalent,
- Personal Characteristic must include excellent judgement, communication and problem solving skills,
- Willingness to travel (50%) within Nigeria regularly as required,
- Experience as a qualified mechanics desired but not required,

POST TITLE: State HI V Clinical Services
LOCATION: Taraba State
AIM:
The objective of the Clinical Services Specialist position will be to provide leadership to the state program in building a network of clinical HI V services (PITC, PMTCT. enrollment into palliative care/continuum of care, referral to community care services, ART. TB care, follow-up of clients on ART and/or TB treatment and PMTCT mother-baby pairs and link them with the community care services).

AIM:
The objective of the HR Officer is to assist HR associate Director with interviews and hiring actions, ensuring completion of employee’s documentation and admin administrative complete administrative tasks related to all aspects of HR sections. She/he will be required to assist in preparing job advertisement and general correspondence, arrange and coordinate logistics support for selection and interview process and maintain personnel files. The HR Officer will serve as the liaison between the state office and head office for HR related activities. He/she will perform any other duties that may be assigned by the HR Manager.

The Driver will provide transport support services to all technical program areand Performs work in the operation of a vehicle to assure safe transportation of clients to and from various destinations and to assist clients on entry and exit from vehicles as necessary
