POST TITLE: Vendor Manager
LOCATION: Lagos Nigeria
As Vendor manager, you will be responsible for over-seeing Nielsen’s
Vendors in Nigeria and other West African countries.
This will include:
- Implementing plans for outsourcing initiatives,
- Producing progress monitoring reports,
- Providing effective vendor sourcing and quality management Managing the vendor relationships and ensuring compliance on vendor management processes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
To qualify, you will need:
- Fluency in English, French & Local languages,
- Working experience in similar or related function, i.e., vendor management; logistics; merchandising; distribution,
- Previous experience in West African cross border and/or multi country project management,
- Previous exposure to market research would be advantageous,
- Proactive manager who is independent, energetic, and results oriented.
