POST TITLE:   Managing Director/Chief Executive Officers

DUTY STATION: Lagos/Ibafo, Nigeria

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the company on a day-to-day basis, formulate the company’s Strategy and lead strategy implementation,
• He/She will drive business growth and profitability, ensuring effectiveness in performance and continually enhance Shareholder value.

EDUCATIONAL  QUALIFICATION:

At least a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Technology, Food Sciences, or related disciplines. Membership of relevant professional bodies a postgraduate degree and certification in Project Management will be added advantage.

EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES:

• At least 15 years relevant experience in the agro-allied / manufacturing / FMCG industry with not less than 10 years in senior management position(s),
• Strong general management and supply chain management skills,
• Knowledge of the Nigerian business environment and peculiarities of agro-allied manufacturing,
• Demonstrable business development, negotiation, sales and marketing skills.
• International exposure,
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English,
• Ability to travel within Nigeria and overseas.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong skills in written communications particularly in preparing concept papers or reports,
• Excellent spoken English and at least a local Nigerian language also required,
• Age: Not less than 40 Years and not Above 55 Years.
