A Leading International Oil and Gas Company Job Vacancies: Recruitment for Drilling and Completions Contracts Engineering Services, Mechanical/Piping Designer /Auto Cad Engineer

THE ORGANIZATION:

A Leading International Oil and Gas based in Nigeria is inviting suitable candidates to apply for the under-listed positions that exist in her clients organisation

POST TITLE:   Drilling and Completions Contracts Engineering Services

Scope of Service includes but not limited to the followings:

• Liaise with D and C team to prepare the D and C contracts. Responsible for ITT contract agreement preparation,
• Reviewing and evaluating all third party contractual documentation and identifying and mitigating risks,
• Participate to the definition of the contractual strategy, taking into account local context.,
• Participate to negotiation, record minutes of clarification meetings, reply to the Contractors requests for clarifications,
• Prepare the contracts using standard forms and electronic platform,
• Contractual/commercial support during the Contract execution, managing the administration and organisation of all contractual documentation,
• Participate to the settlement of dispute together with legal, insurance and finance specialists,
• Participate in evaluation and follow up of contractual documentation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualification: Tertiary qualifications in quantity surveying, contract law or similar Professional,
• Experience: Ideal candidate will have a minimum 10 years’ relevant experience. Good technical knowledge of drilling / completion operations as well as excellent knowledge of drilling contracts management, Overseas and offshore experience is added advantage.

POST TITLE:   Mechanical/Piping Designer /Auto Cad Engineer

Scope of Service includes but not limited to the followings:

• Provide detail engineering design and drafting support,
• Involved in troubleshooting customer inquiries from both Onshore and Offshore facilities, and quality assurance on Mechanical Piping drawings and related documents
• Developing and maintaining the CAD Drafting Guideline and checklists,
• Certification of integrity critical drawings,
• QA/QC of design and required for operations drawings and documents,
• Maintaining the Upstream Nigeria Master Drawing Register,
• Providing CAD Drafting and Design support,
• Field Verification of drawings and related documentation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of HND or Bachelors degree in Engineering,
• Minimum experience level of Ten (10) continuous years in CAD Drafting in the Oil and Gas,
• Experience in Application of AutoCAD and PDMS,
• Experience in AutoCAD’s Drawing Web Format file system,
• Competency in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
