THE ORGANIZATION:

The Oiltest Group with its head office in Port-Harcourt is a leading player in the Oil and Gas Industry in Nigeria. The company requires the services of competent candidates to fill the positions below:

POST TITLE:   Personnel Manager- Ref: PM/11/01

LOCATION: (Port-Harcourt)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Good knowledge and experience of human resource matters especially recruitment and selection, personnel administration, grievance and disciplinary procedures, and possess good management skills,
• Knowledge and experience of HR management information systems and good computer skills,
• Possession of problem solving skills,
• Must possess impeccable integrity with a great sense of responsibility,
• Proficient in verbal and written communication and a good team player,
• A good degree in Social Sciences. A post graduate qualification in a relevant discipline will be an added advantage,
• 10 years HR experience preferably in a service company environment,
• Ability to Work Under pressure whilst remaining focused and efficient.

POST TITLE:   Trainee Field Technologists – Ref: TFT/11/01

LOCATION: (Port Harcourt)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates should have HND in Mechanical or Production Engineering, with a minimum of upper credit from a reputable institution,
• Must not be more than 27 years old with a maximum of 1 -2years post NYSC experience,
• Possess a minimum of 5 O’ level credits including Mathematics, Physics and English language,
• Knowledge of basic computer applications is essential,
• Must have the ability to work long and anti social hours,
• Must possess ability to work under pressure.

POST TITLE:   Trainee Field Technician  (Ref: TFT/11/02)

LOCATION: (Port Harcourt)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess any of National Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering,
• Possess a minimum of 4 O’ Level credits, City and Guild, National Technical Certificate from, NABTEB with credits in Mathematics, English, Physics, Mechanical craft, Welding and Fabrication,
• Ability to work long and antisocial hours,
• Candidates must not be more than 27 years old.
