POST TITLE:   PROJECT MANAGERS

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

• First Degree in Quantity Surveying and Masters Degree in Project Management,
• Project Management certification will be an added advantage.

EXPERIENCE:

• 3-5 years experience in Project Management,
• Age: 28-35 years. 

POST TITLE:   ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• HND or degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or Engineering Technology from a reputable Institution,
• The ability to analyze complex problems and assess possible solutions,
• The ability to explain design ideas clearly,
• Strong Decision making skills,
• Excellent communication skills,
• The ability to prioritize and plan effectively,
• Good budgetary skills,
• Excellent team working and people skills,
• A comprehensive understanding of electrical health and safety regulations,
• 3-5 years experience in Project Management.

 

POST TITLE:   MECHANICAL ENGINEERS

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

• HND or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering technology from a reputable institutions.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

• Initiate action and take ownership of projects, achieving results and measurable outcomes
• Motivated: willing to take on challenging tasks or assignments
• Build and maintain effective, professional relationships with other
• Learn quickly when facing new problems: use creativity to solve problems

• Experience in reading mechanical drawing and using drawing standards
• Computer software.

EXPERIENCE:

• 3-5 years experience in Project Management,
• Age: 28-35 years.

POST TITLE:   MAINTENANCE OFFICERS

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

• ND/Trade Test in relevant discipline.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

• Proven skills and experience in general maintenance, carpentry, gardening and landscaping
• Demonstrated ability to actively maintain a complaint work environment,
• Proven organizational Skills,
• Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines and achieve go,
• Demonstrated ability to work individually and in a team environment.

EXPERIENCE:

• 2-3 years experience in Project Management,
• AGE: 26-30 YEARS.

POST TITLE:   ACCOUNTANTS

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

• B.Sc/HND in Accounting, Professional with (ACCA/ICAN) may be an added advantage.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

• Good mathematical and computer skills,
• Analytical ability and a logical approach,
• A good understanding of business,
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Good communication skills,
• The ability to explain technical financial information clearly,

EXPERIENCE:

• 2-3 years experience in a reputable Accounting/Audit firm,
• AGE: 28-35years.

POST TITLE:   CLEANERS

QUALIFICATION:

• Senior Secondary school Certificate,
• Age: 20-24 years.
