THE ORGANIZATION:

A young and growing organization in the FMCG, Personal and Home care products, personal protective equipment (PPE) marketing and distribution business representing international and multinational companies and brand in Nigeria/West African sub region with head office in Lagos and presence in the 6 geo-political regions, requires suitable qualified candidates to fill the positions below:

POST TITLE:   Head-Accounts and Admin

JOB OBJECTIVE:
  • The Head- Accounts/Admin is responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting and office administration,
  • This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. 
  • The Head-Accounts/Admin supervises other accounts and Admin staff and is responsible for managing the team to ensure that work is property allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner,
  • This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year end audit preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities.
 JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • First Degree/ HND in Accounting,
  • Minimum of 4 years post NYSC experience,
  • Must be ICAN qualified,
  • Age between 30-35 years.

  • Problem analysis and problem solving skills,
  • Planning and organizing,
  • Communication skills (both written and verbal),

POST TITLE:   Head-Sales

JOB OBJECTIVE:

The Head of Sales will be Charged with the responsibility of proactively developing new direct business as a contributor and also develop, manage, and mentor the Sales team to achieve company sales target

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • First Degree/HND from a reputable Institution,
  • Possession of MBA/Membership of relevant professional body will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 4 years post NYSC experience,
  • Proven track record of achievements in previous employment, Age between 30 35 years
KEY COMPETENCIES:
  • Candidates must possess high level of oral communication and written skills,
  • Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees,
  • Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, faster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity,

  • Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, relationship with all support departments,
  • Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations,
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining sales strategies to meet organizational objectives,
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements,
  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals,
  • Proven ability to oversee all sales staff and activities.

POST TITLE:   Sales Executives

JOB OBJECTIVE:

To create public awareness for company products, win new accounts and maintain existing ones in a manner that will ensure continuous patronage.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • First Degree/HND from a reputable institution,
  • Minimum of 2 years post NYSC experience,
  • Age between 25-30 years.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
  • In depth experience in the sale of FMCG, PPE and corporate uniforms,
  • Able to build long term relationships with internal /external customers,
  • Strong consultative sales skills,
  • Proven track record as a high achiever,
  • Able to work under pressure and to overcome resistance to achieve results,
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills,
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office,
  • Excellent interpersonal skills,
  • Should be target driven.

POST TITLE:   Front Office/Admin Officer

JOB OBJECTIVE:

To provide excellent customer service that will delight the internal customers and carry out all support/ administrative activities that will facilitate the smooth running of an office.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • First Degree/HND from a reputable institution,
  • Minimum of 2 years post NYSC experience,
  • Age between 25-30 years.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
  • Very good communication skills (Written and Verbal),
  • Pro-active and pragmatic but well-structured,
  • Must be Customer Service oriented,
  • Must have good time management skills,
  • Must possess good analytical skills,
  • Excellent problem solving skills,
  • Committed to hard work and continual learning,
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office.

POST TITLE:   Sales Assistants

JOB OBJECTIVE:
  • To provide a strong back up for the Sales Executives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • WAEC/OND 5-8 years experience in driving,
  • Good knowledge of Lagos routes.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
  • In depth experience in the sale of FMCG, PPE and corporate uniforms,
  • Able to build long term relationships with internal /external customers,
  • Strong consultative sales skills,
  • Proven track record as a high achiever,
  • Able to work under pressure and to overcome resistance to achieve results,
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills,
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office,
  • Excellent interpersonal skills,
  • Should be target driven.
