An Oil and Gas Industries Ltd Latest Jobs in Nigeria: Recruitment for Auditors, Risk Managers

We are agent of Capital Oil and Gas Industries Ltd, a pioneer in downstream  operations. As a result of  diversification and expansion in her business, the company requires candidates to fill the positions below:

POST TITLE:   Auditors – Ref 007

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct regular and on the spot audits of financial controls and management systems for corporate policy and legal compliance.
  • Conduct annual review of fiscal and investment management policies and procedures and recommend corrective measures when necessary,
  • Conduct audit of inventory management to ensure correct matching of physical inventory with available record.
  • Ensure any identified date error, unaccountable transactions, faulty or inefficient processes are duly communicated to management while preferring suitable solutions and control measures.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be a person of integrity and ethically guided with willingness to disclose potentially illegal, criminal and unethical business practices or data.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidates should have B.Sc or HND in accounting.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and meet all specific deadlines.
  • Must be a person of integrity.
  • Possession of ACA or ACCA, MBA will be an advantage.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with automated systems or ERPs.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a banking industry is mandatory.

POST TITLE:   Risk Managers – Ref 008

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Planning, designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the company.
  • Risk assessment and evaluation and reporting.
  • Corporate governance involving external risk reporting to stakeholders;
  • Carrying out processes such as purchasing insurance, implementing health and safety measures and making business continuity plans to limit risks.
  • Conducting audits of policy and compliance to standards, including liaison with internal and external auditors;
  • Providing support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness within the company.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Good first degree in relevant courses.
  • Planning and organization skills.
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to influence people
  • Presentation skills
  • Commercial awareness
  • Ability to understand broad business issues.
  • Minimum of five years continuous risk management experience in a banking environment.
