THE ORGANIZATION:

We are a Fast Growing Dynamic and Goal Oriented Group Of Companies with interest in different sectors of the economy. We are seeking competent individuals to fill the following vacant positions within our group.

(ENGINEERING)

POST TITLE:   General Manager

• Candidate will have full responsibility for profit generation. The GM is responsible for the overall management of Staff, Finances, Projects and Initiatives to improve processes,
• A key focus will be the ability to engage at diverse levels, with the objectives of implementing decisions of the company. His role will include driving the following arm of the contracting firm.

MAINTENANCE SERVICE:   HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing

SALES: Air Conditioning and other equipments.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must have minimum of a B.Sc in Quantity Surveys, Architecture or Engineering, from a reputable University,
• A minimum of 15 years post qualification experience with the last three years in management position in a well structured organization,
• Project management certification will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to contracting is a prerequisite,
• Ability to deputize for the MD/CEO in business development and related issues.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Time management and analytical skill,
• Ability to multitask,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Administrative and organizational skills.

POST TITLE:   Head of Engineering

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Candidate will be responsible for Contracting,
• Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate should possess a minimum of Bachelors degree in Engineering.
• Ability to run/supervise projects (field and office) and should have formal project management training preferably PMP
• A minimum of 10 years position within a well structured environment, involved in contracting/project management.
• Candidate should be Male, between the age of 35 and 45 years

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Ability to generate Designs in HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing, interpret and implement same,
• Candidate should be outgoing and multitasking,
• Excellent command of oral and written English,
• Good presentation skills.

POST TITLE:   Project Engineer (Electrical Or Mechanical)

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate should possess a minimum of Bachelors degree in Engineering,
• Experience in running/supervising projects (field and office) and should have formal project management training and preferably certification.
• A minimum of 5 – 7 years experience within a well structured environment, involved in contracting/project management.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Excellent command of oral and written English,
• Good presentation skills,
• Ability to multitask, work within budgets and deadlines,
• Design ability, site work experience with supervisory capabilities.

(AGRICULTURE)

POST TITLE:   Farm Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Candidate is required to manage day to day operation of a farm project to include:

• Poultry
• Fisheries
• Piggery.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess a minimum of B.sc in Agric Science or related discipline,
• 12 years relevant experience with the last 3 years in managerial position in a well established farm/Agricultural Enterprise,
• Basic IT skills as a prerequisite.

(MANUFACTURING)

POST TITLE:   Planning/Operation Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Candidate is required to develop and implement the establishment of manufacturing operations over a wide product group.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate MUST have a B.Sc in Mechanical/ Agricultural/industrial engineering,
• A minimum of 10 years post graduation experience in manufacturing,
• Candidate should be conversant and comfortable with Machinery Engineering and Scheduling Industrial Processes.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Candidate must be highly cerebral and able to learn about new industries,
• Analytical skill with report writing capabilities,
• IT Skills as a prerequisite.
