POST TITLE:   Accountant

JOB LOCATIONS: Port Harcourt, Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Onitsha, Calabar Branches. (Specify branch of interest)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Creating and implementing controls to ensure the accuracy of data,
• Responsible for setting and implementing and monitoring stringent financial policies, procedures and internal controls related to the accounting activities and continually seeking to improve efficiencies and quality of work produced,
• Ensure costs are authorized and in line with agreements and also ensure timely payment liabilities,
• Auditing financial systems and investigating any irregularities.

PERSONNEL SPECIFICATION:

• Candidates should possess HND/B.Sc Accountancy,
• Ability to work under pressure,
• Proficiency in the use of computer especially, accounting packages such as Navision is compulsory,
• 4 years cognate experience in similar position,
• Membership of ICAN.

POST TITLE:   Logistics Officers

JOB LOCATIONS: Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Port Harcourt branches, (specify Branch interest)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Preparation of shipping documents and send them to banks,
• Keeping record of Logistics files and documents,
• Liaison with Clearing agents,
• Updating of all IRA’s and sending same to Alaba,
• Follow-up on status of shipping documents,
• Ascertaining and confirming the arrival date of each consignment,
• Updating of shipping documents and send same to London for processing of bill of exchange,
• Registration of all SGD documents brought back by Agents after clearing.

PERSONNEL SPECIFICATION:

• Social Sciences Graduates -B.Sc/HND in any of the social sciences or related fields, from recognized Universities or Polytechnics,
• 5 to 6 years experience in a Maritime environment / FMCG company,
• 2-3 years hands- on experience in shipping and clearing organization,
• Sound knowledge of English language is required, while ability to speak any of the three major Nigerian languages shall be added advantage,
• Should have good knowledge of computer applications such as MS office,
• Should have pleasurable personality, cost conscious, and able to work with minimum supervision,
• Must be willing to travel at short notice and even be ever ready to relocate.

POST TITLE:   Drivers

JOB LOCATIONS: Abuja, Port Harcourt, Lagos. (Specify branch of interest)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Delivery of goods to customers,
• Driving pool cars.

PERSONNEL SPECIFICATION:

• Candidate should possess OND/SSCE.
• Good verbal and written communication skills,
• Ability to work under pressure,
• Good driving skills,
• Ability to work with less supervision,
• Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in a related field.
