A Leading Company in the Agribusiness Value Chain in Africa is seeking to recruit astute and qualified to fill the following positions.
POST TITLE: Chief Finance Officer
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide leadership of the department and oversight of financial decision of the organization,
- Drive the Financial Expansion needs of the Group,
- Formulate and implement financial policies and initiatives,
- Over see and manage oil financial services providers to the company,
- Over see budget implementation and actively manage the Group budget and budgeting process,
- Drive the transition and consolidation of group financial services different companies.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 2nd class degree in any of the following fields: Accountancy, Finance and Economics from reputable university,
- Possession of MBA will be an added advantage,
- ICAN Qualified,
- Minimum of 15 years post NYSC working experience spanning Financial Accounting, Treasury, Tax and Audit and. (7 of which must have been at Senior Management level),
- Strong understanding of the macro economics of West and Central Africa,
- Sound business and financial judgment with problem solving skills,
- Understanding of the workings of the financial institutions,
- Strong understanding of regulations and exchange controls laws with respect to import and export,
- Good understanding of the Securities and Finance Market,
- Working knowledge of Sage pastel Accounting.
POST TITLE: Head, Risk and Compliance
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing strategies, implement and be responsible for Group Risk Management including compliance to people, regulators, finance and economic risks for business continuity,
- Develop framework for the standardization of all processes to ensure appropriate monitoring and follow up on key initiatives,
- Develop internal control systems, manuals, and procedures for all companies activities,
- Review and recommend changes on internal processes periodically,
- Ensure strict adherence to budget by instituting control,
- Review management accounts periodically to ensure proper classification and castings.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 2nd class degree in any of the following fields: Business Management, Finance and Economics,
- ICAN qualified,
- Possession of MBA will be an added advantage,
- Minimum of 10 years working experience spanning in Financial Accounting, Tax and Audit, Treasury and Risk Management (5 of which must be on auditing and regulation or Risk management at senior management level),
- Leadership skills and Understanding of Enterprise Risk Management,
- Understanding of current global trends in risk management,
- Working knowledge of Sage pastel Accounting software.
POST TITLE: Head, Human Resource
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement HR strategy formulation and contribute in the development of corporate strategy and execution,
- Establish, control and monitor HRM policies for manpower optimization,
- Establish effective learning and development management system, performance management system and manpower development training,
- Establish and maintain employee welfare and benefits, framework (loons, pension, and leave),
- Monitor the administration of payroll and ensure accuracy of payroll information,
- Review and monitor company competitive merit based compensation system to support corporate strategy,
- Engagement in recruitment and hunt for talents to complement existing team,
- Liaise and manage Immigration services on expatriate quotas and staff,
- Develop and implement medium and long term succession plan.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 2nd class degree in Industrial Management and related disciplines in Humanities from reputable universities,
- Associate professional membership (CIPM, NIPR etc),
- Minimum of 10 years working experience in Human Resources management of reputable companies with not less than 300 employees.
POST TITLE: Head, Technology Services
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive the formulation of Technology strategy,
- Lead the execution of the strategy in collaboration with external and internal associates for optimum benefits to the company,
- Establish technical standards that will ensure appropriate access and security of information,
- Provide integration to multiple businesses, CRM, locations and countries for real time data capturing, retrieval and usage for trading, finance and sales administration,
- Ensure disaster technology and backups are up to date and tested regularly,
- Establish and evolve scalable infrastructure to cater for expansion of business,
- Identify and manage strategic partners in line with terms of engagement for continuous service delivery.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- A first degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Physic from reputable university,
- Certification on two of the following categories; Server hardware, operating systems, Networks, Software development, etc,
- Minimum of 10 years post NYSC experience in IT,
- Solid technical track record in supporting and implementing infrastructure and application especially in manufacturing, trading and CRM across multi location companies,
- Managing of technical Experts and Service providers,
- Networking (Switching/routing) and CRM data services will be an advantage.
