POST TITLE:   General Manager/Chief Operating Officer (C00 149)

JOB REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Reporting to the Board of Directors,
  • The Management team leader working under the guidance of the Board to develop Business and operational policies that will enhance growth and profitability of the business.
  • A team player who will be responsible for initiating and promoting new business projects, managing existing projects and budgets within stipulated time lines with the highest level of quality.
  • The ideal candidate will be a University graduate of Quantity Surveying or Building Technology or Civil Engineering with relevant professional qualifications.
  • Core area of competence will be a demonstrable experience of 10 – 12 years in the Building industry, with the last 4-5 years in Senior/Top management position.
  • An MBA degree is highly desirable.

POST TITLE:   Head, Finance and Accounting (HFA 150)

JOB REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Reporting to the General Manager/COO,
  • A Team leader and professional who will be responsible for transaction processing and add tremendous value to the business process by providing accurate and meaningful information to aid the decision making process of management.
  • Oversee the full implementation of company’s policy on Financial and internal control processes; safeguarding the Assets, and wealth of the company. The incumbent must be comfortable with the use of computerized financial applications, diligent, enthusiastic, with keen eye for detail, comfortable with holding people to account.
  • The ideal candidate must be a University Graduate with professional qualifications in Accountancy (ACA, ACCA). A team player who is expected to have as his core area of competence a good understanding of computerized accounting systems; with 5-7 years experience in managing an efficient team in the provision of financial information for Top/Senior Management.

POST TITLE:   Accountant (ACCT 280)

JOB REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Reporting to the Head Finance and Accounts
  • A self starter and professional who will be responsible for core transaction processing and documentation.
  • Assist the Head of Finance and Accounts in the full implementation of company’s policy on Financial and internal control processes; safeguarding the Assets, and wealth of the company. The incumbent must be comfortable with the use of computerized financial applications, diligent, enthusiastic, with keen eye for detail, comfortable with holding people to account.
  • The ideal candidate must be an Accounting Graduate with professional qualifications in Accountancy (ACA, ACCA). A team player who is expected to have as his core area of competence a good understanding of computerized accounting systems: with 2-3 years experience in an Audit firm.

POST TITLE:   Admin and HR Officer (HRO 210)

JOB REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Reporting to the Company Secretary and Legal Adviser,
  • The ideal candidate shall be responsible for the full implementation of the company’s policies on Human Resources including payroll administration,
  • Must be a university Graduate of Social science with 3 years cognate experience in HR functions in a well established organization.

POST TITLE:   Quantity Surveyor (QTS 260)

JOB REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Reporting to the Chief Engineer, the Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for and focused on managing the cost of all projects and enhance value for money by preparing accurate Bill of Quantities, progress reports including valuation of works and estimates of final accounts of all projects undertaken by the company. The incumbent is expected to bring innovative ideas to project delivery for our clients.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Candidates should have B.Sc /HND Quantity Surveying, membership of relevant professional body of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveying is desirable.
  • The desired candidate must be able to work with minimum supervision; and must have spent the last 4-6 years in Building Construction sites and Project management.

POST TITLE:   Architect- ARC 250

JOB REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Reporting to the Head, Business Development; the Architect shall be responsible for developing and translating our clients’ concepts into realistic commercial designs.
  • The ideal candidate should be a registered member of ARCON with B.Arch or M.Sc Architecture with 3-4 years practical hands on experience in conceptualization and creating saleable designs.
