skills to manage and provide exceptional to our Sales’ Team as:POST TITLE: Sales Coordinators and Business Development Managers
JOB PURPOSE:
- To provide quality leadership in the marketing, sales, administration and coordination of sales Team in our various zonal and regional offices with each of the zonal /Regional offices having over 7 agencies under them.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Has an overall responsibility for sales activities of the Sales’ Team including the responsibility for recruitment and development of agency managers under his zone/ region,
- Ensure that the production and profitability budget of Sales’ Team are achieved,
- Ensure continuous recruitment and training by the Agency and Unit Managers who will be responsible to him order to increase the company’s service standards,
- Ensure compliance with the Company’s Rules and Policies for the Agency,
- Provide guidance and monitor the progressive generation of premium income and development of more vibrant and profitable Sales’ Team,
- Ensure that the Company’s image is well protected and respected at all times and in all activities.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- The desired candidate will be someone who had worked successfully as Branch Managers or Zonal Managers of a Bank or other Financial Institution but now desires a career as an entrepreneur,
- He or She must possess the following qualification, skills and experience:
- Candidates should have B.Sc. in any discipline (MBA or any other Post graduate degrees will be an added advantage),
- Flair for Marketing and proven evidence of successful coordination of Marketing Team before,
- A minimum of 12 years post graduation working career, five of which must be at managerial level.
POST TITLE: Agency Manager
JOB PURPOSE:
- To provide overall responsibility for his agency activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that the production and profitability budget of his agency is achieved,
- Ensure continuous recruitment and training of Unit Managers /Financial Planners to meet the company’s standard requirements.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- The desired candidate will be someone who had worked successfully as Marketing or Relationship Managers of a Bank or other Financial Institution but now desires a career as an entrepreneur,
- He or She must possess the following qualification, skills and experience:
- Candidates should have B.Sc/ HND in any discipline from a recognized institution,
- A minimum of 10 years post graduation working career, five of which must be as Marketing or Relationship Manager of a Bank or any other Financial institution.
