A Modern Call Centre in Lagos requires the services of a number of intelligent, friendly, vibrant, charming and presentable young females and males to be engaged immediately.

POST TITLE:   Customer Service Agents 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates should have HND in any field,
• Must have completed their NYSC Service,
• Not more than 28 years of age,
• Excellent Spoken English,
• Good Communication Skills,
• Ability to speak local language(s) will be an added advantage,
• Friendly Disposition, Charming Character and Amiable Personality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receiving in-Bound calls,
• Customer Delight,
• Resolving customers’ queries/complaints over the phone,
• Providing products information and advice to customers.
