JOB TITLE:   General Manager, Operations (ES120) 

JOB LOCATION: Lagos

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This individual will function as the Chief Operating Officer to oversee and coordinate all the technical operations of the firm and its subsidiaries,
• These activities range from estate surveying, valuation, project development, advisory services and management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• The requirement is for a first degree in  Engineering, Management or the Social Sciences and an MBA from reputable universities,
• The suitable candidate must have acquired a minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience and possess excellent communication skills, executive presence and a track record of managing multi-disciplinary work teams.

JOB TITLE:   Head, Human Resource Management (ES 121)

JOB LOCATION: Lagos

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This position will implement the firm’s talent management initiatives and policies that would avail the firm the strategic benefits of a highly motivated and resourceful work force.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• The suitable candidate will have a minimum of a first degree in the Social Sciences and professional membership of CIPMN,
• In addition, the candidate must have acquired a minimum of 5 years experience in a related, environment, and be willing to multi-task in a very dynamic professional environment.

JOB TITLE:   Head, Research Unit (ES 122)

JOB LOCATION: Lagos

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This individual will be the arrow-head of the firm’s research and development function; gathering and analyzing information and reporting on economic trends, business opportunities and market dynamics.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• The position is for candidates with a Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics or related disciplines with strong social research capabilities and 5 years experience,
• Candidates performing similar roles in reputable organizations, who can show evidence of publications in reputable scholarly outlets, will have distinct advantage.

JOB TITLE:   Head, Information Technology Services (ES 123)

JOB LOCATION: Lagos

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This candidate will coordinate the implementation of the firm’s total computerization and e-business initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• The requirement is for a First degree in Computer Science or Engineering and 5 years hands-on experience in System Administration, Network Configuration and Maintenance.

JOB TITLE:   Accountant (ES 124)

JOB LOCATION: Lagos

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Accountant will support the firm’s finance and accounting function.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• The right candidate will hold a University degree and be a member of a recognized professional institute of Accountants. In addition, he/she must have acquired a minimum of 5 years relevant post-qualification experience in a reputable business organization or professional firm.

JOB TITLE:   Company Secretary/Legal Adviser (ES 125)

JOB LOCATION: Lagos

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This position will serve as the Secretary to the Board of Directors, vet all legal documents, advice management on all legal matters and coordinate the firm’s relationship with its external solicitors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• The suitable candidate will be a qualified and practicing solicitor, with a minimum of 5 years experience,
• The candidate must also have strong IT skills.

JOB TITLE:   Executive Assistant to the Chairman (ES 126)

JOB LOCATION: Lagos

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• This position is for a versatile young graduate of Social Sciences with strong IT and highly developed communication skills,
• In addition, the candidate must have a Master’s degree, three years relevant experience and capacity for hard work.
