JOB TITLE: A/C/Mechanical Technician (Ref. AMI)
- To provide air-conditioning and mechanical engineering expertise to ensure a safe working environment for our clients occupants within their premises,
- Provide air-conditioning and mechanical advice to resolve any work related issues which affect the working conditions of the client’s property,
- To ensure that all air-conditioning and mechanical systems are working at the optimal capacity,
- Establish to an educated level the layout of all air-conditioning and mechanical plant rooms and secondary distribution points using schematic layouts and site surveys,
- Develop a clear understanding of the design and operating principal of all air-conditioning and mechanical related plant and equipment,
- Develop an extensive understanding of the methods of work associated with the air-conditioning and mechanical plant and give advice on enhancing the performance of any equipment,
- Develop a clear understanding of the design and operating principal of all air-conditioning and mechanical related plant and equipment,
- Ensure that all works are carried out in line with company HSE policies.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Candidates must have OND/Trade Test certificate or its equivalent in Air-conditioning/Mechanical Engineering Minimum 3 to 5 years post qualification experience within the maintenance services market sector preferably in a commercial or large residential high rise environment demonstrating Ownership and dedication to the goals of the maintenance team,
- Communication/interpersonal skills and customer relationship building skills.
JOB TITLE: Electrical Technician (Ref. ET)
JOB PURPOSE/SPECIFICATION:
- To provide electrical engineering expertise to ensure a safe working environment for our clients occupants within their premises,
- Provide electrical advice to resolve any work related issues relating to the execution of reactive, planned preventative and minor works,
- Assist with weekly workload planning schedules with your team supervisor which will include proactive tasks,
- Report to your supervisor on a regular basis regarding workload, quality of workmanship and key issues or challenges,
- Ensure that all work are carried out in line with company HSE policies,
- Take ownership and responsibility to rectify all electrical services and associated works to a level that meets the company’s expectation and maintenance philosophy.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Candidates should have OND/Trade Test certificate or its equivalent in Electrical Engineering,
- Minimum 3 to 5 years post qualification experience within the maintenance services market sector preferably in a commercial or large residential environment demonstrating,
- Sound knowledge of electrical systems, workload planning, customer service satisfaction and quality workmanship.
JOB TITLE: Facilities Coordinator (Ref. FC)
JOB PURPOSE/SPECIFICATION:
To provide administrative support to a
- Key Account Technical Team and assist with the smooth operation of the back office functions of a technical departments operation,
- Receive daily incoming work orders, faxes and/or mail and ensure proper distribution internally and externally,
- Distribute work orders to ensure all work orders are actioned according to their level of response as defined by SLA’s and KPI’s,
- Maintain the site office in line with company guidelines and the instructions of the Facility Manager Prepare reports and compile data as required by the Facility Manager Instruct the technical staff and contractors on the work requirement to complete maintenance activities,
- Ensure that company HSE polices are strictly followed,
- Assist the Facility Manager with the organization and preparation of monthly and other MIS reporting functions,
- Meet with customers and assist with the resolution of client complaints.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- B. Eng. in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical or B.Sc in Estate Management or B.Sc,
- Quantity Surveying,
- Minimum 2 to 3 years post NYSC working experience in Facilities,
- Management and proven ability to achieve,
- Operational results will be an added advantage,
- Communicate at all levels of the supply chain from sub-contractor to client and peers,
- Ability to work well under pressure and have time management skills to ensure that deadlines and targets are met,
- Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs,
- Excellent standard of written and spoken English.
