POST TITLE: HSE Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing, Planning and implementing HSE Policy, Programmes,
- Carry out risk assessments incident, Reporing and implementing Corrective actions,
- Inspections Samples and Audits interface with Department on HSE issues.
- Applicant should have Degree in Engineering Sciences or,
- NEBOSH, International Certificate will be an added advantage,
- 10 -15 years experience.
POST TITLE: HSE Officers
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Applicant should B.sc / HND in Engineering, or its equivalent international HSE Certification will be an added advantage,
- 7 -10 years work experience,
- Age; between 35 – 45 years.
POST TITLE: Human Resources Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To be responsible for the recruitment functions in order to meet the strafe business objectives,
- He/She plays 3 strategic role planning, developing and directing the human resources function in the company to attract, retain, develop and motivate employees in a cost effects manner in accordance to labor laws, policies and procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Applicant should B.sc / HND in Engineering, or its equivalent international HSE Certification will be an added advantage,
- 7-10 years experience in recruitment preferably in private enterprise and as a Recruitment Consultant,
- Age: between 35- 45 years.
POST TITLE: Human Resources Officers
REPORT TO: Reporting to the HR Manager, your responsibilities will include establishing recruitment goals and strategies with key accounts, executing the recruitment process. You will plan and manage the on boarding process for new joiners along with managing any ongoing employee relations issues.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Applicants must possess Bachelors degree in Business Admin or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years experience in Recruitment is mandatory,
- Broad knowledge of HR practices and local laws is beneficial.
- You will need to be a strong team player and enjoy working in an interactive team,
- Age: between 53-45 years.
POST TITLE: Instrumentation Officers
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Applicants should have a minimum of B.sc / HND / C&G Final or equivalent in instrumentation and control,
- Must be computer literate and detailed oriented,
- 5 years experience.
POST TITLE: Mechanical Engineers
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Applicants should have B.sc, HND in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years experience in maintenance services in Oil and Gas and Allied works,
- 5 years experience.
POST TITLE: Production Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Applicants should have a good university degree in Engineering or Business administration,
- Minimum of 10 year post graduation experience,
- Age: between 35-45 years.
POST TITLE: Operations Supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a minimum of B.sc/ HND,
- Must be responsible, dedicated, Pro-active and an amiable personality,
- Has to be flexible and willing to work under pressure.
