POST TITLE:   National Sales/Marketing Manager

PURPOSE OF JOB:

• The NSMM will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and will be required to manage and coordinate the activities of the sales team with responsibilities for achieving assigned targets, product development, and development of local markets according to the organizational objective in order to increase our market share,
• The candidate will be responsible for formulating for approval and to implement approved policies and procedures that will generate, sustain and increase marketing/sales activities for all of the company’s products. Also, to consciously develop the company’s products,
• Must have the ability to prepare forecast and annual sales plans for each product group of the company and map out various marketing & sales strategies needed to meet the plan.

JOB MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Applicants must possess HND or First Degree in Marketing and Business Administration. An MBA Is an added advantage,
• At least 8 years cognate Marketing/Sales Management Experience Office/Banking Automation & ICT.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS, CAPABILITIES & PERSONAL QUALITIES:

• The right candidate must be mature, self-motivated and an achiever with documented records of proven performance tract record in sales and must be prepared to discharge responsibilities with minimal supervision,
• He must possess excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, Good professional competence, excellent personality and ability to mix freely with good effect,
• Excellent human relationship and leadership abilities, high level of integrity and ethical standards.
