POST TITLE: Product Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate all target industry related technical and commercial proposals, assists sales channels and works with customers industry orders to exceed margin objectives
- Negotiates commercial contacts with specific focus on risk management
- Coordinate effectively with team members to meet business goals on orders, margin, and cycle time performance objectives,
- Leads and delivers on-site and off-site customers presentations,
- Where applicable, attends trade functions and technical committee meetings,
- Maintains industry contacts and 3rd party industry data sources to stay current on industry trends and developments for strategic planning and reporting purposes,
- Provides input into new product introductions and product enhancements where appropriate,
- Supports product marketing’s strategic vertical market segment growth plans on a global basis.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor of Engineering with seven years post qualification experience,
- Experience in proposal management, including knowledge of commercial contract negotiation and risk management,
- Has experience with technical sales or commercial operations,
- Demonstrated leadership & presentation skills,
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills,
- Professionalism & tact to interact effectively with internal and external customers negotiation skills,
- Fluency in the use of AutoCAD and other related software is an added advantage,
- The candidate must be self-motivated and must have proven leadership skills.
POST TITLE: Sales/Installation Engineers
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Delivers on-site and off-site customers presentations,
- Where applicable, attends trade functions and technical committee meetings,
- Maintains industry contacts and 3rd party industry data sources to stay current on industry trends and developments for strategic planning and reporting purposes,
- Provides input into new product introductions and product enhancements where,
- appropriate,
- Supports product marketing’s strategic vertical market segment growth plans on a global basis,
- Proven experience in installation of electrical/ mechanical equipment for blue chip entities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor of engineering/ HND with at least 3 years post qualification experience,
- Has experience with technical sales or commercial operations,
- Demonstrated leadership & presentation skills,
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills,
- Professionalism & tact to interact effectively with internal and external customers,
- Solid negotiation skills,
- The candidate must be fluent in the use of AutoCAD and other related software,
- The candidate must be self-driven,
