POST TITLE: Safety and Quality Officer
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- The right candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining safety and quality programs.
- This individual will ensure compliance with all government regulations and provide HSE assurance studies and advice to project design teams.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent in a technical or engineering,
- 5 years extensive Safety experience with significant exposure to project designs,
- Must be a Certified Safety Professional (CSP),
- DoD; DoS, Dol, DHS, is preferred,
- Not more than 35 years of age.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- HSE HEMP, HAZlDs, QRA, HAZOP. ALARP, LOPA,
- HS&E Management Systems,
- HSE Performance Management,
- HSE Auditing,
- Crisis Management & Emergency Response,
- Incident investigation & Analysis.
POST TITLE: Commercial Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Candidate is required to manage the company’s commercial department and will be responsible for drafting proposals/tenders, implementing contract management procedures, project planning/scheduling procedures, procurements and managing the Commercial/Contracts Team.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- University degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical), Quantity Survey,
- A minimum of 10 years relevant work experience in contracting with substantial exposure to both commercial and technical aspect of same,
- Project Management Certification will be an added advantage,
- Proficiency in the use of Ms Project or Primavera is essential.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Ability to review terms and conditions of contract,
- Flair for discussing engineering projects,
- Ability to prepare proposals and tenders,
- Technical competence in formation of contracts,
- Time management and analytical skill,
- Ability to multitask,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Administrative and Organizational skills.
POST TITLE: Technical Services Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- The Technical Services Manager is responsible for overall management of all technical services functions associated with maintenance (both mechanical and electrical) and facility management services.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Candidate MUST have a minimum of HND in Mechanical and/or Electrical,
- Engineering,
- A minimum of 10years post-graduation experience in maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment,
- Project Management certification is an added advantage.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment such as Generators, Refrigeration, Air Condition and Pumps,
- Experience in the fabrication of metal sheets,
- Time management and analytical skill,
- Ability to multitask,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Administrative and Organizational skills,
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office suite.
